244 Rosser-Scheme 2

This project is be adjacent to the 412 Cedar Project. Together with the existing 220 Rosser Complex, William Drumeller hopes to create the nucleus of a community center. This was the second scheme, with a focus much more on the office space, and retaining parts of an existing structure.
