Alumax

Another stairway I designed for ASD, in this case while employed there. The project was a corporate headquarters for Alumax. Within a year of completion, Alumax was purchased by Alcoa. They didn't need another headquarters, so they kept the lower 3 floors, but let the upper floor go. The floor opening was filled in, and that part of the stairway was demolished. That was the 1990's!
