Additions to the Chaboudy Vacation Home

Mint Spring, VA

The Chaboudy’s had an existing cabin with the adjacent pool, originally built to provide irrigation for apple orchards nearby. The program called for a major addition, principally on the basement/crawl space level. The addition will contain additional bedrooms, library, and a large family room. An elevator is being added for accessibility. The original decks were deteriorated and are being re-built.
