Queen Anne Remodel

Lexington, VA

This historic Queen Anne house was built in 1891 in Lexington, VA. The clients purchased it in 2016. The house is being remodeled in a number of areas. We have re-opened a historic entrance down into the basement and taken steps to improve the moisture problems there. The entire basement interior has been remodeled. On the first floor, there is a new kitchen, and a complete remodeling of the rear porch addition. The second floor contains a new master bedroom and master bath. The third floor contains a new guest bedroom, remodeled turret room and rear bedroom and bath. A residential elevator has been added, and a new garage is being constructed.
