Remodeling of the Old YMCA

Roanoke, VA

This project was a proposed remodeling of the old YMCA in Roanoke, VA. The new use for the building was to be mixed-use commercial/residential apartments. The project was halted by the great recession, but we have hopes that it may yet happen under a new owner.
