Maplewood Development

This project began as a collaboration between myself and Architect Richard Helton. Much of the original concept was by Richard. Part way through the project Richard had to step away for health reasons, and I completed the project, including revisions to each of the houses and virtually the complete design for Unit C.

The project was in the Libbie/Grove area of Richmond, VA, for Tri-American, LLC. These partners did a great job in the construction of the four houses. I brought Amelia Bennett in to assist on interiors, fixtures, and lighting design, and her input was invaluable.

A great project and addition to the neighborhood.
